Secure Payment Processing

All payments made on the rapha.cc website are encrypted using secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to Rapha employees.

Payment Types

Rapha accepts the following payment cards and Paypal.

Promotional Codes and Gift Vouchers

If you are using a promotional code please enter it in the promotional code box on the basket page. The discount will automatically be calculated. Promotional codes are for one time use only and may not be used in separate orders or applied to different products in the case of an exchange.

If you have a gift voucher please enter in the checkout page and it will automatically calculate your discount. Once purchased gift vouchers are non refundable.

Errors and Omissions

In the case of errors or omissions on the website Rapha reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched.

Rapha reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of Rapha products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.

Prices

Prices are quoted in UK Sterling, US dollars, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, Euros, Swiss Francs and Norwegian Krones. All US and Australian dollar prices exclude value added tax. Local import duties may be payable by the recipient on receipt of the order. Swiss / Canadian and Norwegian orders are delivered with no additional fees to pay: duty, tax and brokerage fees are included in the final basket price.

Out of Stock Product and Pre-Orders

It is not possible to place an order for an out of stock product or pre-order new lines. You can however express your interest in an item that is not available by using the inform me button on the product page. You will then receive an email as soon as the item becomes available in your chosen size and colour.

Amending or Cancelling an Order

If you have any concerns about an order you've already placed please contact Rapha customer service on +44 (0)207 485 5000 or email enquiries@rapha.cc. Please note that once an order has been placed Rapha are unable to cancel or amend it. Please take advantage of our free returns policy to return any unwanted items for an exchange or refund.
