A close-fitting, water-resistant softshell overshoe for racing and training in wet conditions.

Pro Team Rain Overshoes£65.00

Please select an item above

Low-profile softshell overshoe for cold and wet conditions

Traditional neoprene overshoes are ill-suited to racing and training, with their high saturated weight, bulky fit, and lack of breathability. The Pro Team Overshoe uses the same fabric as the Pro Team Softshell Jacket to overcome these problems, creating an overshoe that’s suitable for high-tempo efforts in cold and wet conditions.

The high-stretch fabric allows for a low-profile and aerodynamic fit, while taped critical seams and a water-resistant zip maximise weather protection. A durable sole panel prevents wear and tear from road grit, while pre-cut cleat and heel holes allow for grip when walking. Finished with high-visibility details.

Please note: Rapha Overshoes have been specifically designed to be worn with road shoe cleat systems. Wearing them with MTB shoes, including the Rapha Cross Shoes, is likely to damage the Overshoes beyond repair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light, Easy to put on these work great. they are light, easy to put on and to take off, and so light and packable, you store them away instantly. They ad some warming too, but not to much. Even on a ride where the sun came out and temperatures went up to 70°f, it did not feel hot on a 12min 18% climb. In the early morning though, they kept my feet nice and warm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't be happier! Tested these out on a cool, rainy morning recently. They kept my shoes and feet dry without overheating my feet. The snug fit kept water from sneaking in like other covers I've tried and the ankle grippers are nice and snug but don't bind or squeeze. Could not be happier!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good allround overshoes Warm feet is crucial during the colder months of the year. Keeping your feet and hands warm is very individual and something that will keep someone warm might not work for others. I have ridden with these overshoes in wet conditions, below freezing. They kept med warm and dry, and together with a neoprene toe cover they kept me warm on a 3 hour ride, in below freezing temperatures. The fit and style is also excellent. They seem really durable and long living. I bought them as a rain cover, but considering their performance in cold weather (together with toe covers) they are now my most used overshoes during winter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very tough and water resistant Fits perfect around a SIDI shoe. I use them in the very worst Portland rain and they do provide water resistance; but like anything that requires the flexibility of an overshoe - they are not waterPROOF. They will definitely keep your feet dry for at least an hour. Paired with some wool socks; they also provide an excellent insulator blocking the wind. These are very toughly constructed; and are a must if you ride in rain.

Hi, I have bought a Black Friday deal for a Christmas present. I have requested for a large size because he has size 8.5 shoe size. Would that be ok? Or should I have gone for a medium?

Asked by: Yasmin
Hi, large is probably the best size, but we do have a free 90 day returns policy if needed.

Hello. Water resistant or water proof? How heavy are the shoe covers, for example could they be worn in a TT for aero purposes? Many thanks.

Asked by: wookie724
Hi, the Overshoes are very water resistant but in sustained rain its hard for any overshoe in the world to keep your feet completely dry. They will keep your feet warm, even when wet. They are slim fitting but are not aero overshoes.

Hi, size chart says Large however reviews suggest I should down size. I know I can return if needed but would rather get advise on the correct size in the first place without the hassle Of returning. I'm EU44 please advise

Asked by: Macca1976
Hello, If you are worried that the Pro Team Rain Overshoes will fall a little large, perhaps it may be worth trying a medium pair.

Size wise, would a size medium fit a sidi size 43 shoe or would I be better off with a large?

Asked by: Pat H
Hi, the medium should fit a Sidi 43 but it does depend on the actual model of shoe. We do have a free 90 day return period to exchange them if the fit is not correct.
