Rated 3 out of 5 by from Workhorse jersey but let down by fit Great to see Chartreuse in the Pro Team collection as I've been using this for my commute to work. I have found the fit to be an issue unlike the other garments in the Pro Team collection. The sleeves are too long which leads to bunching on the arms and the neck is cut too low which allows a cold draft down your neck unless you wear a neck warmer. I am on the slim side and for me the fit in the body could be tighter. Not that much warmer than the long sleeve Pro Team aero jersey and that is a much better top (sadly not available in this colour).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from designed for narrow chest & shoulders I'm 5'10", 167 lb, 38" chest, & 31" waist. The medium is too tight through the chest and forearms for as little "give" as the material has which i could deal with. It also cuts into my underarms due to sizing which i cannot live with. It is loose at the cuffs and bunched up in stomach area when in riding position. The pockets also seem to be higher up on my back than most other race fit jerseys I own which makes it difficult to access them while riding and I have open shoulders. The product appears to be well made but i cannot attest to it durability or function since i did not actually use it. Unfortunately i do not believe Rapha's jersey sizing works with my body proportions.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice idea, stains very easily! 5ft 6, 83k, size Medium Great idea for dry early winter rides. I'm sure most comments will mention "arm gate"...the arms are unusually long? I have to roll the cuffs up a good 3 inches. The arms are also vsry loose for the pro team range. I'm not a super skinny guy I have biceps and thick forearms but it still feels loose. After the first time I washed the jersey the stitching, elastic and zip hem turned a dirty colour (I choose the Yellow colour). It also seemed to stain very easily, this has happened on quiet a lot of the Rapha items I have. I always take great care in washing any cycling gear but it does seem a weak point of the range. On the whole a disappointing experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good mid weight long sleeve jersey for Autumn Bought to update a previous incarnation of the same Jersey. Makes a good option for Autumn or Spring, stick a gilet in the rear pocket and you've got most cool conditions covered . Even better if the sleeves were more fitted ( bit loose at the wrist) Also front of jersey could be shorter so it lies flat when in the drops

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Jersey Frist outing was a 50 mile loop in typical Autumn weather, Jersey was perfect match for the changing conditions. Teamed with RCC Pro Team Rain Gilet for a little added protection. True to size, plenty of storage, will become a go to item

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Long in the sleeve The torso fit is as you would expect, really snug. However, I was mildly disappointed in the fact the sleeve length was longer than the aero equivalent and as a result, the sleeves tend to ruffle up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not so bad for a lady! I love the chartreuse colour and there was nothing in the women's range this year that would co-ordinate with my grey tights, so I tried out a men's jersey while the hi viz promo was on. I really like it! Some aspects are different for obvious reasons - I am a women's large, chest 98cm, so I took the men's medium and found it a good fit on the chest and shoulders. A bit long in the sleeves and a bit tight on the hips but otherwise really happy with it and would buy a men's jersey again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Go to for cooler rides Throw on a nice base layer and call it a day on cooler rides. As far as fit goes, yes, it is pro team, but it is a training jersey, so it is not totally skin tight, Front seems too short when first adorned, but it is designed for on bike fit, and fits perfectly for me when on the cycle. I ordered the Chartreuse however, and be warned, it is quite easy to get dirty. 6'2" 165, size medium fits perfectly.

What Rapha base layer would be ideal under this garment, combined with the Pro Team Softshell Jacket as the outer layer. I want to maximise wicking and breathability, but still stay warm.

Asked by: Tabrek
Hi, we recommend you wear a Pro Team Base Layer under this combination to maximise breathability. This will be a warm outfit and will be sufficient down to zero degrees celsius.

Have you ever considered offering tall sizes? I am 6'4" but have a 34" waist. I routinely buy tall sized clothing online, but it is pretty hard to find good quality tall cycling gear. If you offered a size LT (large/tall) I bet it would be popular.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We really appreciate the input.

How does the fit compare to the long sleeve pro team aero jersey?

Asked by: RobSneds
Hi, both products have a close fit in line with the Pro Team range but the Pro Team Aero Jersey does have a particularly close, race ready fit. The material is slightly stretchier to accommodate this fit.

Hi - I have near enough lived in the 2016 S/S training jersey this summer .. is the Pro Team L/S Training Jersey the same cut and fit ? I wear size M in the S/S training jersey.

Asked by: Skitz
Hi, this item does have a very similar fit to the Short Sleeve Training Jersey. The main difference is the weight of the fabric. We would recommend you choose the same size.

Is the fabric similar to what the Pro team longsleeve was 3 years ago...... is was thicker than last year?

Asked by: Wiggins the Greatest
Hi, the fabric is similar to that previous jersey. The jersey is great for mild to cold conditions but is not bulky. It is slightly thicker than the jersey from three seasons ago which you mentioned.

What's the recommended temperature range for this jersey?

Asked by: vittorio_c
Hi, it is always hard to advise an exact temperature range as it depends on your individual temperature regulation and exertion level. However, this jersey can be used from 5-15/16 degrees celsius and significantly colder if layered with warmer base layers and a jacket.
