Rated 5 de 5 de par Nice features for autumn/winter riding Good-looking and well-designed jacket for cooler temperatures. Nice features for autumn/winter riding - the pink is very visible and there are lots of reflective sections on the sides and the back. Pockets are good and don't sag. There is also a handy zip pocket that is easily accessible. The RCC logo on the back may be a little too "collegiate" for some. Pro team fit, so not flappy, but not much room to wear many layers underneath - I wear XL Rapha jerseys and XL in this jacket. Worn today in 5-10C with just a merino baselayer beneath. Ideal for tempo riding at this time of year, but moisture does not escape easily if you get sweaty or ride with high intensity (e.g. on long climbs).

Rated 5 de 5 de par Nice snug fit and warm I bought this to wear here in the midwest during the cold weather. I have already had the chance as it dropped into the 40's (f) this last weekend. I wore it with my winter tights and no jersey. The jacket kept me warm while providing good breathability and sweat wicking in the back. It has a nice snug racing fit like the rest of the club kit. I will add the deep winter base layer, shoe covers and winter hat as it gets down into the 30's, 20's and 10's. I wear a medium jersey and ordered a large in this jacket. The Large fits snug for it was the right size for me.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Perfect Jacket I bought this due to the beautiful design aesthetic and the weatherproof qualities, but I got way more then I expected. The jacket is unbelievably comfortable — the arm lengths, lower back and higher stomach edges make it a pleasure to ride in. The water repellency is as great as expected, but what really impressed me is how insulated this jacket is. I own a Rapha Pro Team Jacket and Winter Jacket, for really gruesome and cold weather, but last week I wore this jacket for a 4 hours ride in 2°c temperatures, with only a deep winter base layer beneath, and was warm and comfortable the entire ride. For a garment which is essentially lighter and more flexible than its winter jacket counterparts, it sure measures up in terms of protection, insulation, and comfort.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Excellent autumn/ winter jacket This is my second pro-team jacket; nothing wrong with the first one, it is still just like new into its third season now. Nonetheless I manged to convince myself that I needed an 'RCC' version of the jacket, because of its improved visibility over the original, and also I think this jacket looks incredibly stylish. I absolutely love the way it looks. I am a huge fan of these jackets. They are my go to jacket all through Autumn and Winter, with me only reaching for my trusty Rapha WInter Jacket when things get below 3 or 4 degrees Celsius. I think these jackets are at their best between 5 and say 12 or so degrees, depending on what base layer you go out in. I did a very windy 3 hours, quite high tempo ride today when the average temperature was 4 degrees, with a long sleeve merino base layer underneath and it was perfect. Not too hot, not too cold. In the past around 9 or 10 degrees I would just wear a short sleeve base layer underneath it and again it would be brilliant. I know from the past that these jackets whilst not 100% waterproof, are very good in the rain if you unlucky enough to pick up a shower. The only negatives I have are that the cuffs are quite tight, which makes getting winter gloves on and getting the cuffs under the cuffs of the jacket a bit tricky. Solution: put your gloves on first, then the jacket. At least you know you will not get any excess wind going up the sleeves. Other slight niggles are that the rear pockets are cut quite high. Good for loads of capacity, but it can make it a bit tricky sometimes to get access to them while you are riding, for a gel etc. Other than that, an excellent product that I cannot recommend enough.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Nice jacket! Here in Texas, we get little opportunity to wear a jacket for outdoor cycling, even in the winter. I finally got a chance recently, after a rare winter blast. Initially I thought this jacket ran small. (It is cut as a race cut, so shorter in the front for the cycling position). But to my surprise, this jacket was perfect! I normally wear a Large in Rapha products and this was the same story. A Large fits perfect. Warm, accommodating, comfortable. It's all here.

Rated 3 de 5 de par Beautiful jacket - sizing is insanely small I also bought the Pro Team jacket in Medium - that fit perfectly. I could not even zip this even though the body and arms were actually a little long for me. Why can't Rapha have consistency in sizing throughout its products? And a bit strange since this is an RCC exclusive, so if anything should run a little more relaxed than the other Pro team products in order to fit a wide range of RCC members instead of being even more skeletal-thin oriented. Shame since this is a beautiful jacket and you should love it if you are the right (very very thin) build

Rated 5 de 5 de par It's a "Jerjacket" Bought this to replace my other softshell Rapha jacket as it had gotten a little loose. I tried it in a large but realized if it fits perfect now (end of season) it'll be uncomfortably tight around my midwinter resvoir. I'm 6'1" about a 35" sleeve and 180lbs mostly center mass. So far I love it breaths well, fits well (no flapping) pockets are easy to reach (not super high up on my back). I'll be able to wear this with a light layer underneath and something on top as winter and colder temps come along. I like it!

Rated 5 de 5 de par The bees knees Comfortable, windproof and so breathable you could see the steam rising when I stopped at the top of a climb. Cut is perfect for the riding position so don't be put off if it feels strange when standing up off the bike. Looks sweet as a nut, and I'm glad I waited for this to be my first item of RCC kit.

Is this jacket to be worn next to the skin or over a jersey?

Posée par: MileMuncher
Hi, this jacket is most often worn directly over a base layer, but it can be worn next to the skin or over a thin jersey.

Would this be the closest thing to Castelli's Gabba Jersey that Rapha makes?

Posée par: Prosenblum
Hi, the most comparable item would be the Pro Team Short Sleeve Shadow Jersey. Another good option would be the Pro Team Softshell Jacket.

What would be the difference to the RCC Pro Team Jacket?

Posée par: Gordito1973
Hi, this jacket is the RCC equivalent of the new Pro Team Training Jacket. This is essentially the new design of the Pro Team Jacket. The differences are mainly designed based, and there are more reflective features.

Would this be similar in warmth to a softshell jacket only with a more snug fit. I ride in the winter as long as it is above zero with my current softshell. Below 30 f I wear the deep winter tights, socks, base layer and the winter jersey with it.

Posée par: DavidDeanRobbins
Hi, this jacket is similar in warmth to the Classic Softshell Jacket but does have a close fit in line with the Pro Team range.
