Love it. Love it. A sweatshirt that looks like quality, feels like quality and wears like quality.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Very, very comfortable I wear the Merino Sweatshirt during my 7 Km commute to and from work, and keep it on during the day, wearing a light shirt or t-shirt under it. It's very comfortable, and I don't feel the need to remove it during the day, it's soft and not too warm (or too thin when I go outside). I initially did not care for the details on the shoulders and elbows, but I now like them, particularly as protection against backpack straps and when rubbing elbows on desks/tables (which I do a lot).

Rated 5 de 5 de par Good Visability Intend to use this for routine commuting. I certainly agree with the earlier posted review of its excellent merino value.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Warm, stylish and great fit I bought this a few months ago and it has been a wardrobe staple ever since. There has been some tweaking of the design (including making it more 'roomy') but this version fitted me perfectly. The material is soft, comfortable and looks great. Sutble style.

Rated 5 de 5 de par another great piece This sweatshirt quickly became a stock choice for me off the bike...and I've now got another in different colour

Rated 5 de 5 de par Great fit and warmth I went out on a limb a bit with this item, as it is different than my usual purchases. But I am glad I did! I am a big fan of Rapha's merino items for cycling, so I thought I would like this casual piece as well. The fit is definitely slim, and the length in the body and arms is perfect (I am 5'10, 155 pounds, size M). The wear patches at the elbows and shoulders are a nice touch that seems functional. I really like this sweatshirt and expect to get a ton of use out of it. It is very warm, but certainly still breathable and versatile for layering, etc. I liked it so much I bought the chartreuse one as well.

Rated 5 de 5 de par So soft and warm Been wearing this for a few weeks and it's exactly what I wanted from a merino sweater: lightweight, soft and warm. I put it on over the merino shirt I also got and it's a perfect pairing for temps btwn 50-70F, especially if I will be running around grabbing the bambino! Sizing seems right, I am 6'4" (193cm) about 210lbs (95KG) and the XL is perfect, good sleeve length, and waist length. It is a bit fitted through the chest, so if you have man-boobs it might show them off. And it's a great shade of purple. Although my friend said the elbow and shoulder patches make me look like a figure skater but he knows nothing about fashion!

Rated 5 de 5 de par Excellent weight, very comfortable, love the color I've found this sweatshirt to be a perfect weight for me. I know other reviews have complained that the sweatshirt material is too thin, but I haven't found that to be the case at all. It's lightweight, but definitely not flimsy or cheap-feeling. I usually wear a US men's medium, and I found a had to order up a size to get a slightly more relaxed fit more appropriate for a sweatshirt. The fit seems to run about the same as the bike jerseys.

I normally wear size M in your jerseys. What size should I choose for the sweatshirt?

Posée par: phooi
Hi, we would recommend you choose the same size in the Merino Sweatshirt. However, this item is made for city riding and off the bike wear so it is cut more generously. If you would like a slim cut, you may wish to size down one size. As always we do have a free 90 day returns policy if needed.

Just received merino sweatshirt. Ordered a L because that's what I wear in Rapha jerseys, base layers. But it seems a size bigger. Sleeves bunch up; extra material around waist. Are sizes supposed to be comparable to jerseys, etc? How much smaller is M?

Posée par: ellvan
Hi, the Merino Sweatshirt is a casual item and does come up slightly larger than our jerseys and base layers. Some people do find a size down in this item provides a better fit.

Hey Rapha, I was wondering if the fit of this sweatshirt is the same as the previous sweatshirt (now I own a size S green version)?  Kind regards, Filip

I recently bought this sweatshirt just last week and I was wondering, what are the strips for on each cuff, they seem to be engineered into each sleeve end and was wanting to ask, great garment though, fantastic

Posée par: Super Gario
Hi, This is just a design detail.

Hi, I'm between "M" and "L" for this sweatshirt. Could someone please post exact measurements of either size when the garment is laid flat. E.g. pit-to-pit; length (collar to bottom), etc. It would really help me make my decision! Thanks!

Posée par: Ken G
Hi, the measurements for the Large Merino Sweatshirt are approximately 64 cm for collar to hem, and the measurements from pit to pit are approximately 53 cm.

What happens if you put it in the drier? Any idea how much it will shrink?

Posée par: mrwynn
Hi. The Merino wool used on the sweatshirt is a fine grade and as such will not tolerate tumble drying. The care label does advise washing at no more than 30 degrees and not to tumble dry. The sweatshirt will shrink considerably if these instructions are not adhered to.
