Festive 500 2012 Update

At the time of writing the Festive 500 global bunch has collectively amassed over 1 million kms. On Strava alone almost 30 people have already broken the 500 mark with a good group on track for a cool 1000. You people are truly mad for the mileage. Here’s a quick roundup of some of the highlights we’ve seen online. Good luck for the coming weekend and remember, every kilometre counts!

12 miles and 1200ft of a climb on Christmas Day is my lot I'm afraid. Looking forward to many miles in 2013.

now it's enough - i got my 507 kilometers done !
marvelous last ride with just 20 km left, while the sun was shining and the ugly wind could not haunt me any longer.
looking fwd to the following new years eve party and tomorrow I#ll bring my story to you

That was an amazing challenge and I worked hard for every single km mostly in wind and driving sleet! But wouldn't have it any other way! :)
