Rated 5 de 5 por de Very nice-looking jersey I bought this a few weeks ago principally for commuting to work, but also for longer weekend rides. It's the first piece of Rapha kit I've had, and is as well-made and smart as I'd expected. It is flatteringly cut, the black version is far more stylish than any other cycling jerseys or jackets I have, and it is certainly warm. However, it is pretty small. I'm 5 foot 10" with a 32" waist and initially bought the medium jersey, since all the cycling and running gear I have is medium, but I couldn't even do the zip up with just a base layer underneath. I swapped it for a large jersey and that is fine - a snug fit and not at all loose.

Rated 5 de 5 por de Perfect Winter Jersey Been on 2 rides so far with just a mesh base layer in temperatures between 5 and 12C. On the cooler ride I was really comfortable and when it warmed up a bit there are 2 vents either side of the chest which were easy to open and close with gloves on. I also really like the pocket options with a large zip across the back to pack away my waterproof, leaving 2 large pockets for food etc and there is also a small zip pocket for keys/valuables. Definitely going to be my go to jersey/jacket for the winter.

Rated 5 de 5 por de Good for many conditions This is a very versatile "jersey" although like others have said it is really more of a jacket. Looks great on and off the bike. I own an older version, the Sky training winter windproof jersey, which is one of my favorite pieces. This one is slightly tighter at the arm holes, but otherwise a similar fit. I wear this without a base layer for rides that start in the 40s and end in the 60s. The front vents are a very handy feature, especially to let some heat out as the ride warms up.

Rated 5 de 5 por de Exceeds expectations Bought to replace a worn winter jacket. When I tried it on knew it was a quality product. Fit is perfect for me; XL fits me across the shoulders, chest and arms with good length front and back - I'm 6'3" & 14 stone. It's more than a jersey, it's thicker like a jacket with decent storage pockets. First proper winter ride last weekend was 0 deg C and it worked perfectly; wIcked away moisture, and didn't get cold - actually opened the vents to cool down at points on the ride. Haven't had it out in the wet yet; with the type of material I'm keen to see how it fares. For sure it bosses the cold.

Rated 5 de 5 por de Jacket not a jersey. Bring on the winter! Bought this in preparation for the UK winter, which hasn't quite arrived yet in October, but already I can say this is going to be a great product. Importantly for those looking at purchasing this (or a new winter jacket) I think the jersey labeling is a bit misleading - this product has the feel of a jacket and will easily go over bib shorts, base layer and a standard jersey (I've tried, and am an XL btw)

Rated 5 de 5 por de Buttertubs @ zero Bought for chilly winter days... put to the test when temperatures dropped to Zero in the Dales.. The jersey was worn with a 160g merino base and feeling the nip I also had an jacket on but once warmed up had to remove. Which folded flat and fit great in the larger zip pocket. The jersey kept my torso cosy on long fast rolling decents in which i had to work to keep speeds up over 60kph with temps down to Zero. Dropping the zips on the climbs to stay cool.. I run the large short sleeve club jersey and xl pro jersey.. I'm 6.1 i ordered both large and xl I kept the large as felt it was a better race fit but not restricted. I have track rider build with slim waste. Xl would have been good if like more relaxed ride..

Rated 4 de 5 por de lovely jacket as others who reviewed this I see it more as a light jacket than a jersey. Not worn it yet in really cold weather, but it seems perfectly warm enough for a 30 minutes commute down to at least freezing. Ditto not tried in rain yet - I'd probably go with other waterproofs if it was heavy. it's a lovely jacket, very comfy and good fit. Rapha's return policy worked well as I started with a medium (too small) and returned for a large (I'm 6 foot, 75 kg). if anything it's a little darker in colour than I expected from the picture. I like it lots! but in the dark it feels less visible - it's certainly not designed as hi-vis kit. But if you're well lit otherwise then you should be fine. For day time riding though it's perfect

Rated 5 de 5 por de Great fit Very good fit for me and comfortable. Arms are slightly long but not an issue as i can fold in the cuffs abit and that doesn't look weird. Nice and comfortable and feels warm as the weather is getting a little bit colder now. Always happy with my purchases and this is no different. Would have been nice to have the logo on the collars, maybe pink. Also pink piping on the bottom of the top. I like the pink. :)

Hi, What colour of Brevet winter tights fits the best to the navy blue winter windproof jersey ?

Preguntado por: fatPhilip
Hi, the Brevet Winter Tights with Pad in Dark Navy/High-Vis Pink would be a similar but not exactly matching colour to the Winter Windproof Jersey in Blue.

Is the windproofing more significant than the previous winter jersey, I find my previous jersey great but need a gillet when it's windy

Preguntado por: Jamesk
Hi, the windproofing is more significant than the previous winter jersey, and the fabric a slightly heavier weight.

What are the intended base layers for this to be worn with? Would the Merino Base Layer be sufficient at zero degrees?

Preguntado por: Scott Bolton
Hi, this jersey could be worn with any of our base layers, acting to extend the temperature range in which you could wear the jersey. It will always depend on your own temperature regulation and exertion level but a regular Long Sleeve Merino Base Layer should work well at zero degrees celsius.

What is better for 20-30F rides? Pro Team Training Jacket or this one? I'm 5'11 and 155 lb, I guess M would fit me?

Preguntado por: Gerdvd
Hi, for these temperatures you would be better with the Winter Windproof Jersey. The Pro Team Training Jacket is fantastic but would likely be too cold below 25F. A medium may work well but It is difficult to accurately advise size without measurements. It would be best to refer to the sizing guide.

This jersey in black/medium appears to be tighter and a bit uncomfortable than the one i had in purple/medium which was excellent in terms of fit. Is there any difference at all in size among the jerseys with different color?

Preguntado por: limbu
Hi, there should be no difference in fit for different colours of the same jersey.

Does the wind proofing go down the arms to?

Preguntado por: cyclingranger1
Hi, the jersey has an inside layer of windproof fabric on the centre front body panels. There is no additional wind proof layer on the sleeves.

Preguntado por: Darren C
Hi, the Winter Windproof Jersey would be better for cold temperatures. This jersey can be worn down to very low temperatures.
