Cut through the wind and hit new speeds

Engineered for optimal aerodynamic performance, the latest Pro Team Aerosuit is the quickest, most functional race garment available. Featuring significant developments from its original incarnation, this new version of the Aerosuit has been extensively wind-tunnel tested by pro cyclists from Team Sky, then raced at the highest level - Team Sky’s Elia Viviani debuted it to a stunning victory on the first road stage of the 2015 Giro d’Italia. The Aerosuit’s drag has been minimised through offset seam-positioning, a minimal number of pattern pieces, and a close-fit. Longer sleeves made of a textured fabric break up the airflow where the arms encounter wind resistance, in turn enabling more efficient motion. The suit’s front and back fabric is smooth and dense, helping to improve airflow while retaining a close fit. A new collar offers a more flattering neckline than traditionally deep-cut skinsuits, while the luxury chamois pad ensures that you stay comfortable even when riding full gas. This is pro-grade racewear, for everyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well designed and well made The suit fit very well and had everything I needed, with no superfluous details. In addition to its aero use, I found its also a great alternative to bib shorts and a jersey on a hot day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clean styling! Classy! I wear small, but am also short, 5'6" so width wise it was perfect but does bunch up in the arms and legs. It would be great if Rapha could do something with the sizing like small, short or small, medium, or small long this would apply to full body suits only. It might be cost prohibitive, but refine the sizing aspect may be worth it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Skinsuit I am 6' 180 lbs and large fit me perfect. I love the features other skin suits fo not have such as the pockets and flap in front. The pad is good for a 200k but probably not much further. I have some good times with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best piece of cycling clothing I've ever worn Very nice. Pockets are a little small, but just right for this type of piece. This is more comfortable than separate bibs in a jersey. Fits great. I wore a size small. I'm 5'10" and 135 lbs.

Just wondering how the sizing from the women's size guide translates with the measurements for this suit; do I need to use the men's chart/sizes? I'm 5'5", 37" chest, 30" waist, 39" hip and 20" arm length, so I was planning to go size small (womens)

Asked by: 76382
You could try a size down from what the men's dimensions recommend for a fit for women when looking at male products. If the size chosen doesn't meet with your suitability then you can exchange these under our 90 days returns policy,

Hi, I was wondering what would be considered as irreparable damage when it comes to crash repair? I'm considering this suit for track, and the wood often burns through the material.

Asked by: 76382
The repairs team will assess the damage caused to a garment and then determine of indeed this can be repairable either through stitching or patches and if the damage is too great or extensive then we would not be able to repair a garment, but this decision is taken after careful consideration of the garment.

I am small in shorts and large in jerseys. 30 waist and 38 chest. What size would you go for or will this just not suit?

Asked by: Vespario
Hi, as you have quite a difference in size between the lower and upper half, we suggest to try a Medium. Should you need to exchange, we have a 90 days return period for new/unused garments.

Hey I'm touching on 6ft tall and weigh around 70kg, what size do you think for the pro team aerosuit? Thanks

Asked by: Joe96
The medium could be an appropriate size based upon these dimensions. However please do consult the accurate sizing guide on the garment page. We do have a 90 day returns policy which you can avail yourself of if the garment does not meet with your suitability.

I wear large in a few other Rapha products such as the super lightweight jersey, brevet jersey, and pro team bib shorts. I'm 173cm in height and 92kg in body weight. Track cyclist body. What size would you recommend if I were to get a Rapha aero suit?

Asked by: BravoTwo
Hi, we recommend you choose the same size as you wear in our Pro Team range to give a snug, race fit for your aero suit.
