Cyclocross in Minnesota
© David Hastert
WORDS: Derrick Lewis
Cyclocross is hard enough, add to it regular Minnesota weather and it is plain ridiculous. That didn't stop our new cross team here in MPLS at the State Championship race this weekend.

Even the local news picked it up (please pardon the thick accents of the mid-western region).

After party was held at our Rapha retailer in Minneapolis, Angry Catfish. Snowmen working the door.

Epic? The news needs to get out more.
EPIC–adjective

Yes, they are using a term that seems to be used more liberally than seems appropriate. For another definition of epic see: http://www.rapha.cc/part-2--epic-is-a-strange-word

That's so funny. I lived in Minneapolis for 5 years and makes total sense they would ride in those conditions - I mean they do everything else in snow and sub-zero conditions so why not cyclocross!
