Our mens cycling jackets are available in different cuts to suit your riding style. The Pro fit (Pro Team collection) is designed for an aggressive, aerodynamic position, sitting close to the body to prevent flapping at high speeds. The Regular Fit (Classic, Brevet, and Core) offers a slightly more relaxed silhouette, providing extra room for layering over cycling jerseys and base layers during winter miles. Most of our jackets feature a dropped tail to protect you from road spray and are cut shorter at the front to prevent bunching while in the saddle.

A jacket is only as good as the layers beneath it. Wearing a cotton t-shirt will trap moisture and make you feel cold and clammy. For a great cycling experience, pair your jacket with a moisture-wicking synthetic or Merino base layer. Other options, such as our Core Winter Jacket, are water-resistant; they use a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating to bead light rain and road spray. While water-resistant jackets offer superior breathability for high-tempo efforts, they may eventually saturate in a downpour. For total protection during a British winter, we recommend a dedicated waterproof shell to layer over your mens cycling jerseys.

Yes. We offer the Rapha Classics Guarantee on our Classic range. This allows you to wear and ride in a Classic Winter Gore-Tex Jacket for up to 30 days. If you aren’t completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund or credit — even if it has been used in the rain. Please note that this guarantee is specific to the Classic collection; all other mens cycling jackets must be returned in a new, unworn condition within our standard return period.
