Bordeaux – Paris Gilet

The Bordeaux–Paris Gilet has been specifically created for endurance rides when cycling after dark, using a reflective fabric and white and black reflective stripes across the chest.

Special edition lightweight gilet

The Bordeaux–Paris Gilet has been designed alongside the Bordeaux-Paris Jersey commemorating the 50th anniversary of Tom Simpson’s victory at the 1963 edition of the long-distance race. A lost classic, the race was last run in 1988 and is iconic due to its magnitude, being run through the night and having the last 200km motor-paced by Derny bikes (motorised bicycles). Specifically created for endurance rides, the gilet has several visibility features including white and black reflective stripes across the chest.

The jersey and gilet also coincides with the Rapha Bordeaux–Paris challenge ride, a charity event organized in collaboration with Ambitious about Autism.
